Castle of San Vicente

The virtual reconstruction included in this app aims to show the architectural evolution of the castle of San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja, Spain) across history, with the main focus on 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th centuries AD.

The app has been awarded the renowned Hispania Nostra prize 2020 in the category of Heritage dissemination and has increased visits to the castle to the point that a programme of guided visits that includes use of VR headsets has been launched.
